The festival is on North Shore Drive, near Lake Anne. We have shows at 3 and 7. Tickets are $20 and $30. We have 10 performing groups between the two shows. Music is a mix: teen choir, a capella, dance group, Spanish group, and lots of straight-up gospel, etc. Guaranteed great time for anyone uplifted by spiritually motivated music. Raising money for two local charities: an overnight winter shelter for the homeless and furnishing transitional apartments for people moving out of the Reston shelter.

Let me share with you our intentions. This is a first annual festival. ...United Christian Parish is the host. We are an ecumenical community of four Protestant denominations and home to many mixed-faith families. We seek to grow an ecumenical Christian music festival that embraces the fullness and range of Christian musical traditions. ... We have five churches performing this year between the two shows, plus two independent groups and two professional groups. Next year, we hope to add a Sunday evening concert that includes musical genres not represented in this first year, such as string chamber music. Ave Maria (a personal favorite), Anglican boy's choir, etc. By October 2012, we will have a new 400-seat sanctuary and we aspire to fill it four times over, raising $30k for local charities....
